To make sure our results are accurate and represent each school fairly, we ask that you enter your MCPS Employee ID number to begin. You can find this number on your most recent pay stub.

Please know that we use this number only to verify that responses are coming from active staff members and to correctly group results by school location. Your identity is protected:
  • Confidentiality: Your individual name and ID will never be linked to your answers in any report.
  • Anonymity: Once we confirm the data is valid, all identifying information is removed before any analysis begins.
  • Summary Reporting: Results are only shared in "aggregate" form (as a group), meaning no one—including your principal or supervisor—will ever see your individual responses.
